Hello everyone!! I hope you are having a great week. I have had a very busy week and am looking forward to crafting with my friends tomorrow at our monthly Creative Club!
Today I want to share another card I made using the new Sarita Paper from Close to my Heart. This is called a step card which is my first. These are not difficult to make, you just need to be careful with your cuts.
For the Step-Card you will need to cut a 7" X 10" base from the Lagoon cardstock. Next make a cut at the 4" mark going diagonal leaving 1' from the top and 1" from the bottom. Next score the cardstock at the 5" mark all the way across. Score only the left side of the cardstock at 1", 2", 8" and 9". Fold all score lines and then decorate as desired!
The image on the right sight of this card was first cut from the new Cricut Artbooking cartridge and then stamped using the "In The Moment" Stamp set on the Lagoon cardstock and Outdoor Denim Ink. The ribbon is from the coordinating Sarita Textile that I tore in a thin strip and tied in a bow.
These sentiments are also from "In The Moment" Stamp set and the tags are cut from the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.
I finished up the card with some embellishments from the Sarita Assortment pack. This pack comes with 10 etched wooden shapes and 4 metal icons that coordinate great with the Saita Paper.
Here are some of the products I used:
Sarita Paper Pack (X7171B)
Sarita Textiles (Z1884)
Sarita Assortment Z1873
In The Moment Stamp Set (C1565)
I hope you have a great weekend!!
